• Oversaw the implementation of a number of Citrix Metaframe systems, which provided clients viable, cost-effective solutions to previously unsolved problems.

• Handled all IT aspects for a 70+ staffed Medical/Chiropractic clinic including Novell Netware 3.x, DOS & Windows 3.x hardware & software support.
• Responsible for the design and page layout of the numerous forms required for that industry.
• Reported directly to the owner of the firm.
• During my time with this company, the number of clients and staff roughly increased by 100%.

• Passed seven courses required for the Microsoft Certified System Engineer certificate.
• Currently hold MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification.

• Completed equivalent of three years towards BA in Business Administration
